Overview

The Commercial Sales Engineer will work as part of a go-to-market team by presenting solutions to solve customer business challenges to technical and business stakeholders.

In Short

  • Establish a gold standard demo approach for Privilege Access Management Solutions.
  • Strategize with account managers to optimize engagement with clients.
  • Deliver world-class Proof of Value (PoV) / Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements.
  • Develop innovative concepts to drive pipeline with target customers.
  • Leverage public speaking and social media to build awareness.
  • Articulate Delinea's vision and strategy to stakeholders.
  • Identify industry trends for growth opportunities.
  • Address technical blockers in closing opportunities.
  • Work with Product Management on feature requests based on feedback.
  • Engage in events, content creation, and speaking engagements.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable relationship building with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to mix business and technical metrics for business case creation.
  • High proficiency in cloud-computing technologies and containers.
  • Experience with MS Windows, MS SQL Server, Active Directory, UNIX/Linux.
  • Knowledge of authentication protocols such as SAML, OAUTH, LDAP.
  • Strong communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to articulate perspectives on IAM and PAM convergence.
  • Experience with CyberArk, Thycotic, Centrify, and other IAM solutions.
