Overview

HackerRank is seeking a Fully Remote IT Admin to provide support to employees in the AMER and EMEA regions, ensuring IT service requests are met promptly and contributing to the overall success of IT operations.

In Short

• Provide remote tier 1 & 2 support to AMER and EMEA regions.
• Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues efficiently.
• Support remote users via various communication tools.
• Manage the lifecycle of laptops and mobile devices.
• Maintain up-to-date end-user records and inventory.
• Assist with new hire onboarding and training.
• Create and document IT processes and support guides.
• Communicate IT concepts to technical and non-technical users.
• Utilize data for informed decision-making.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements

• Experience in IT support for internal customers.
• Proficient in configuring and supporting macOS.
• Familiarity with JAMF, Google Suite, and OKTA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
