Regional Technical Lead - Remote

Overview

As the Regional Technical Lead, you will oversee the full software lifecycle for COS, managing both internal and external tech solutions. This includes day-to-day backlog delivery and leading innovative projects, focusing on creating customer value and driving growth.

• Create and manage the strategic tech roadmap in the APAC region.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Tech Leadership & Delivery.
• Experience in Regional Partner & Vendor Management.
• Familiarity with marketplaces and social shopping channels.
• Experience with Agile methodology and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Business-driven tech mindset.
• Ability to work in a distributed team setup.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Commercial skills in partnerships.
• Experience with tech lifecycle management (DevSecOps).
