Senior Staff Product Designer, Payroll Services - Remote

Overview

As a staff product designer on Payroll Services, you will wrangle technical and regulatory complexity into guided experiences for new and experienced employers.

In Short

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define a long-term UX vision.
• Work with UX Research, Data Science, Legal, Compliance, Payroll Ops, and Customer Support.
• Build understanding of customers’ payroll and tax compliance needs.
• Design and ship both new and iterative projects.

Requirements

• 8+ years' Product Design experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading design direction across multiple teams.
• Experience in designing customer experiences in complex domains.
• Comfortable working with executive stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of technical systems and customer outcomes.
• Proven ability to ship customer-facing products and services.
• Advocate for high design quality and accessibility.
