Overview

We are seeking a Sales Operations professional to partner with sales leaders and contribute to our high-growth sales team at Gusto.

• Provide day-to-day support and thought partnership to sales leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of strategy or analytical experience, ideally in sales operations.
• Strong business partner with experience advising sales leaders.
• Ability to analyze and present data for insights.
• Passion for enhancing sales team productivity.
• Experience with sales-stack technologies and analytical tools.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Effective communicator with executive presence.
• Adaptable and able to influence senior leaders.
