The Professional Services Sales Operations Specialist (PSOS) plays a crucial role in supporting presales and delivery efforts by managing opportunity intake, proposals, and communication with service practice leads and account executives.

  • Document and maintain presales workflow processes.

  • Develop relationships with vendors and customers.
  • Attend regional/national forecast calls.
  • Suggest ongoing process improvements.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree or equivalent; four-year degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of Information Systems and past Cyber Security experience desired.
  • Self-motivated with attention to detail.
  • Experience in technical sales or consulting preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and task management tools required.
  • Strong multitasking and process understanding skills.
  • Positive attitude and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
