Overview

As the Head of FinanceTech, you will lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of technology solutions that support Gusto’s financial, legal and compliance operations.

• Lead the strategy and implementation of FinanceTech solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in FinanceTech or IT leadership.
• 5+ years of FinanceTech leadership experience at a public company.
• Experience in the Fintech industry and navigating an IPO.
• Proven track record in implementing and optimizing ERP platforms.
• Deep knowledge of internal compliance controls related to SOX, SOC 1, and SOC 2.
• Strong understanding of financial processes.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder influence.
