Overview

The Head of Engineering will lead the Payments team at Gusto, responsible for overseeing pay-ins and payouts, and architecting a scalable payments platform.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Payments platforms at scaled FinTech companies.
• Experience building and scaling multifunctional teams.
• Strong execution focus with a track record of delivering results.
• Ability to inspire and engage teams.
• High judgment in decision-making and tradeoffs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; higher education preferred.
