In Short

  • Develop and responsible for Southeast sales strategy and annual sales plan.
  • Provide support to Southeast sales team by participating in and leading client meetings.
  • Collaborate on sales opportunities, pipelines, and business efficiencies.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop strategies to meet organizational goals.
  • Ensure communications represent the GuidePoint Security brand.
  • Direct implementation of sales policies and practices.
  • Build revenue generating relationships with key partners.

Requirements

  • 10+ years leading teams focused on enterprise security software sales.
  • Experience with Risk, Compliance, and Security offerings.
  • Proven track record of building results-driven sales teams.
  • Excellent track record of inspiring and coaching teams.
  • High level of integrity and proactive thought leadership.
  • Energetic and passionate about servicing clients.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
