• Ensure compliance with IT policies and best practices.

Requirements

• Demonstrate strong client-facing written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in documenting, standardizing, and optimizing business processes.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and related platforms.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret functional documentation.
• Proven experience in project management and system implementation.
• Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and modern UI tools.
• Highly self-motivated and directed.
• Knowledge of managing applications in a secure environment.
• Experience in implementing Salesforce internationally is advantageous.
