Operational Technology Security Analyst - Remote

Overview

As an OT Security Analyst, you will support the delivery of Operational Technology security services as part of GuidePoint’s OT Practice, working with experienced team members to assist clients in assessing, securing, and maturing their industrial environments.

In Short

• Support the delivery of OT services such as architecture reviews and vendor tool implementations.
• Prepare client-facing deliverables summarizing observations and actionable guidance.
• Contribute to internal research and knowledge-sharing within the OT team.
• Participate in client calls and workshops to grow understanding of industrial protocols.
• Collaborate with OT and DFIR teams during investigations.
• Communicate progress clearly and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Interest in OT security, ICS/SCADA environments, or adjacent technical domains.
• Familiarity with frameworks like ISA/IEC 62443, NIST-CSF, NIST 800-82.
• Foundational understanding of the Purdue Model and OT/IT segmentation.
• 0–2 years of experience in OT security or relevant internships.
