Senior Project Manager - Remote

Overview

As a GuidePoint Security Senior Project Manager, you will manage a unique portfolio of security-focused Professional Services engagements that contribute to our client’s goals and success. This role is remote with possible travel (up to 10%).

In Short

• Manage Professional Services projects through the full engagement lifecycle.
• Ensure regular and timely communications to all key stakeholders.
• Manage project issues and risks to resolution.
• Plan and manage resources ensuring projects meet scope and budget expectations.
• Maintain the OpenAir PSA application for project data.
• Create and maintain project management methodology and process documentation.
• Provide Project Management services to GuidePoint customers.
• Maintain internal and external customer relationships.
• Support internal processes for revenue recognition and customer invoicing.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
• Minimum of 4 years in a consulting services role or similar IT Project Management.
• Experience interfacing with information security positions and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Advanced project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Understanding of information security terms and disciplines.
• Demonstrated successful leadership of personnel and technical projects.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, OpenAir, and Salesforce.
