Overview

The Remote Korean Bilingual Medical Assistant will support patients in navigating their healthcare needs while working closely with medical practice staff and case management teams.

Requirements

• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant or certified EMT required.
• Bilingual in Korean and English required.
• Empathy and proficiency in motivational interviewing.
• Exceptional conversation and documentation skills.
• Experience with medical terminology and primary care practices.
• Knowledge of social determinants of health.
• Comfort with electronic health records and various software.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while detail-oriented.
• Familiarity with EHR systems like EPIC, Athena, Cerner.
• Ability to work independently as part of a care team.
