Overview

The Manager of Licensing Services is responsible for completing licensing, medicare, medicaid registrations with accurate quick turnaround times on application submissions and approvals. This role requires consistent follow-up, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to escalate issues when necessary to ensure registration processes are completed smoothly and efficiently. The Manager of Licensing Services oversees the Licensing Specialist and reports to the Director of Licensing.
