In Short

• You are responsible for the daily coordination of consultants and actively assist with questions.
• You actively accompany new employees and are responsible for smooth onboarding both offline and online.
• You coordinate and organize all relevant office processes and are the first point of contact for employees, service providers, and suppliers.
• You take responsibility for your own projects within the dispatch team and drive them forward independently and motivated.

Requirements

• You must speak and write German.
• We are looking for an active person who is a motivated problem solver and brings the following skills:
• You have a commercial education or a comparable qualification.
• You have some experience in the field of dispatch.
• As an organizational talent, you are reliable and impress us with your strong service orientation.
• Communication strength and assertiveness characterize you, and you see yourself as a proactive person.
• New tools in the workplace are not foreign to you.
