Business Development Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Business Development Analyst supports day-to-day activities associated with business development, proposal management, proposal writing, and capture. This is not an entry-level position; candidates must have relevant experience.

In Short

• Maintain company pipeline database and business capture document library.
• Identify opportunities to add to the company pipeline database.
• Update calendars and fill in bid/no-bid forms upon new RFP releases.
• Prepare agendas and collaterals for BD/Capture calls.
• Conduct GovWin Searches and organize data in Excel.
• Research outreach events and maintain databases.
• Develop and maintain partner and client contact databases.
• Assist with capability/gap analyses.
• Work independently and effectively in groups.
• Must be solution-oriented and take initiative.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of federal BD/Capture lifecycle.
• Expertise in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Proficient in Acrobat, MS Teams, and Zoom.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.
• Proposal writing experience is a major plus.
