Overview

A dynamic and experienced Technical Project Manager is needed to lead a smart locker rollout across multiple U.S. locations for a leading provider of smart workplace solutions.

In Short

• Lead and manage the full deployment lifecycle for a high-profile smart locker rollout.
• Run regular client-facing calls and provide structured updates.
• Serve as the coordination hub for installation vendors and internal teams.
• Maintain detailed deployment checklists and status trackers.
• Proactively manage timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Translate complex client requirements into executable plans.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to troubleshoot issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years in project management or deployment leadership roles.
• Hands-on experience leading multi-site rollouts involving physical hardware.
• Skilled in managing external contractors and maintaining rollout schedules.
• Comfortable preparing and reviewing technical documentation.
• Good grasp of networking fundamentals and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Familiarity with IoT or smart device ecosystems is a strong advantage.
• Partial availability to work during Pacific Time (PST) hours.
