Overview

As a NOC Engineer at IMS Connect, you will support critical infrastructure and connectivity operations in the hospitality and property technology domain, ensuring maximum service availability and customer satisfaction.

In Short

• Join the Network Operations Center (NOC) team to ensure uninterrupted service performance.
• Handle incidents and proactively monitor the network.
• Work with various tools for network health monitoring.
• Take ownership of customer tickets and provide timely communication.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge bases.
• 4+ years of experience in a NOC or network support role required.
• Strong knowledge in Wi-Fi infrastructure and network protocols.
• Fluent English is necessary for communication with international clients.
• Short-term contract role (3–6 months).
• Remote work with a distributed team across Ireland, the UK, and Poland.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a NOC or network support role.
• Hands-on Wi-Fi infrastructure experience.
• Knowledge of Layer 2/3 protocols (VLANs, RSTP, VRRP, etc.).
• Experience with network monitoring systems.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (ConnectWise preferred).
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• SLA-driven mindset with effective prioritization skills.
• Strong documentation habits.
