Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and creative Business Intelligence Analyst to advance our analytics capabilities and support data-driven decision-making across our organization.

• Develop a deep understanding of Big Blue’s data environment and architecture.
• Lead the development and optimization of dashboards and reports in Sisense.
• Translate business questions into scalable reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics.
• Create clear and compelling data visualizations and interactive dashboards.
• Establish best practices for dashboard development and data governance.
• Support training for business users in leveraging self-service BI tools.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand data needs.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in data analysis and BI/dashboard development.
• Advanced experience with Sisense or similar BI platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL with the ability to query large datasets.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and performance optimization.
• Experience working in cloud-based data ecosystems like GCP or AWS.
• Experience with BigQuery.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related quantitative field.
