Overview

We are seeking a Virtual Help Desk Specialist to join our IT Support team. The ideal candidate will provide remote technical support to our clients, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless user experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong technical background, and the ability to work independently.

In Short

  • Provide virtual technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Document and track all support tickets in the system
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members
  • Ensure timely resolution of technical problems

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) a plus
