Requirements

• Valid certification or licensure as a medical support agent
• Previous experience in a medical support role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
