On Site Client Support Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated On Site Client Support Specialist to join our Client Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients on site, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

In Short

• Provide on site support to clients, addressing any technical issues or concerns
• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and escalations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues
• Train clients on how to use our products and services effectively
• Document client interactions and resolutions in our CRM system

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
• Experience working with CRM systems is a plus
