In Short

  • Answer and make calls to clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate transportation for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments.
  • Respond to inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
  • Educate clients on services and address questions or concerns.
  • Work closely with the caregiving team for seamless communication.
  • Adhere to company policies, HIPAA regulations, and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years in customer service or call center role.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Empathetic and patient in difficult situations.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
