Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at GRVT, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our users, addressing their inquiries, and helping them navigate our platform.

In Short

• Help troubleshoot problems for customer accounts.
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions.

• Assist users via live chats.
• Identify and escalate inquiries as needed.
• Manage institutional Telegram chats.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service.
• Proficient in customer relationship management systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Intercom Ticketing System is desirable.
• Ability to manage Telegram chats effectively.
• Fluent in Korean and English.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrencies is a plus.
• Available to work in the Asia Timezone.
