Overview

The Customer Service Representative will assist customers with account-related issues, provide solutions to complaints, and ensure high-quality support for institutional clients in a Web3 environment.

In Short

  • Help troubleshoot problems for customer accounts.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide solutions.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of products and features.
  • Assist users via live chats.
  • Identify and escalate enquiries appropriately.
  • Manage institutional Telegram chats.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service.
  • Proficient in customer relationship management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Intercom Ticketing System is desirable.
  • Strong written and spoken Japanese & Chinese skills.
  • Knowledge of cryptocurrencies is a plus.
  • Available to work in the Asia Timezone.
