Requirements

• Excellent people skills.
• Ability to understand customer behavior trends.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with customer service roles.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Zendesk.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.
