Marketing Project Management Assistant - Remote

Overview

GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a Marketing Project Management Assistant with a background in the finance industry and expertise in project management tools like ClickUp and Google Sheets. This role requires a proactive individual who can oversee project work streams, communicate effectively, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

In Short

• Take detailed meeting notes and prepare dossiers for key meetings.
• Manage daily agendas, including top-of-day emails, task reminders, and meeting preparation.
• Organize project plans, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure seamless execution.
• Provide weekly reports and manage data entry on internal project boards.
• Communicate regularly with key stakeholders to gather feedback and insights.
• Handle ad-hoc data exports and maintain dashboards.
• Collaborate with creative and copy teams as needed.
• Capture action items, assign tasks within project management tools (e.g., ClickUp), and ensure timely completion.

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience specific to marketing campaigns.
• Demonstrated history of strong communication, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Background/work history in Finance space.
• 2+ years using ClickUp for project management (or similar tool).
• Demonstrated ability to manage project work streams from start to finish.
• 2+ years of Excel/Google Sheets experience (Basic - Intermediate experience).
• Willingness to work PST (Pacific Standard Timezone).
