In Short

• Own marketing systems such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Salesforce, and Ahrefs.
• Build and maintain automated workflows for lead nurturing and scoring.
• Set up and manage campaign infrastructure and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Lead A/B testing initiatives across emails and landing pages.
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks in Google Sheets/Excel.
• Manage lead data hygiene, segmentation, and attribution tagging.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools for improved efficiency.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and BizOps teams on projects.

Requirements

• 4+ years of marketing operations experience in a B2B SaaS company.
• Expertise in HubSpot and marketing automation platforms.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and UTM frameworks.
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel.
• Strong background in lead scoring, segmentation, and attribution.
• Detail-oriented with a systems-thinking mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with project management tools.
