Junior Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager with strong organizational skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for how digital content comes together—especially in the fast-moving world of social media. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day project coordination and communication across internal teams. You’ll help organize assets, manage timelines, and ensure everything runs smoothly from briefing to delivery.

• Organize and manage creative assets in shared documents and folders
• Coordinate project tasks and deadlines using project management tools
• Review briefs for clarity, typos, and completeness
• Maintain structured digital file systems across platforms
• Collaborate with internal teams via Slack and email
• Pull performance data and compile basic project reports using dashboards
• Conduct light research on trends and topics related to social media and digital marketing

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in project management or project coordination
• Strong interest in social media trends, especially TikTok and U.S.-based content culture
• Excellent written communication and follow-through
• Background in digital marketing or related fields
• Experience managing workstreams independently
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel (basic to intermediate level)
• Comfortable working during Pacific Time hours
