Junior Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team at RISK, an international iGaming company specializing in entertainment markets.

In Short

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, CRM, Design, and Analytics.
• Help build and implement efficient work processes.
• Maintain visibility on task statuses and overall progress.
• Proactively follow up and unblock bottlenecks.
• Take ownership of tasks that fall between defined roles.
• Support the launch of new initiatives.
• Plan and execute mini-projects end-to-end.
• Manage and prioritize tasks across multiple areas simultaneously.

Requirements

• Experience as a Project Manager, Coordinator, or Assistant is a plus.
• Quick learning and strong organizational skills are required.
• Ability to work in conditions of uncertainty.
• High level of process orientation.
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A sense of ownership and focus on achieving outcomes.
