GrowthAssistant is currently looking for an Email Marketing QA Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the quality assurance of CRM campaigns, ensuring accuracy and compliance across various channels. This role requires a strong eye for detail, technical troubleshooting skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver error-free campaigns.

In Short

• Conduct QA reviews for CRM campaigns.
• Verify branding, copy accuracy, targeting, and technical setup.
• Review and validate email configurations for dynamic content.
• Execute and manage CRM campaign tactics.
• Maintain detailed documentation for campaign tracking.
• Identify and escalate SLA violations and QA errors.
• Work with ESP platforms like Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Utilize tools like JIRA, Slack, and G-Suite.
• Understand email compliance regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with an ESP platform (Braze preferred).
• 1+ years of experience in QA-specific tasks for CRM campaigns.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Slack, G-Suite, and CRM systems.
• Familiarity with HTML for troubleshooting.
• Understanding of CAN-SPAM and email compliance regulations.
