Database Marketing Assistant - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented and process-driven Database Marketing Assistant to support database management and marketing operations. In this role, you’ll help maintain clean and accurate data within Salesforce, manage inbound leads, upload contacts/accounts, and ensure smooth marketing attribution processes.

In Short

• Upload new accounts and contacts into Salesforce while preventing duplicates
• Update various Salesforce fields for marketing meeting attribution
• Handle meeting & opportunity attributions
• Assign inbound meetings accordingly
• Clean and maintain database (deduping, lead conversion, field updates)
• Manage account/contact matching from events or lead lists
• Create Salesforce reports with the correct filters and fields
• Support ongoing database management tasks and ad hoc requests
• 2+ years of database management or marketing operations experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Requirements

• Intermediate skills in Google Sheets or Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
• Ability to follow detailed process documentation with minimal errors
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong commitment, goal-oriented, and can work independently
• Comfortable working PST hours
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms (nice-to-have)
• Slack and Gmail experience for internal communication (nice-to-have)
• Experience managing large datasets (nice-to-have)
