OpsArmy is looking for a Marketing Assistant to help scale our outbound and inbound marketing efforts while strengthening our brand presence.

In Short

• Support automated outbound marketing campaigns to generate leads at scale
• Assist in building, refining, and managing outreach workflows
• Optimize marketing automation processes for better engagement and conversion
• Assist with LinkedIn thought leadership, helping craft engaging posts
• Research and explore AI-generated content themes aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
• Support SEO blog creation and content optimization
• Develop a content strategy for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other social media channels
• Manage and update marketing dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with the team to test new marketing strategies and scale successful initiatives
• Stay up to date on AI tools, marketing automation, and industry trends

Requirements

• A few years of marketing experience (mid-career professional preferred)
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with marketing tools & automation
• Experience in content creation, social media, or SEO
• Highly organized and able to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
