Overview

The Senior Marketing Automation & Content Lead will own a lifecycle engine end-to-end, architecting data-driven campaigns and mentoring a team to ensure effective communication with prospects and customers.

• Define lifecycle strategy with segmenting and testing plans.
• Launch complex workflows in HubSpot or HighLevel.
• Manage a 90-day editorial calendar and oversee production of content.
• Design automations using Zapier/Make to sync various platforms.

Requirements

• 3+ years in marketing automation roles, preferably in SaaS.
• Fluent in HubSpot or HighLevel.
• Experience scaling email & SMS programs.
• Advanced skills in Zapier/Make.
• Portfolio of successful social/video/visual assets.
• Strong analytical skills including SQL and funnel analysis.
• Excellent written English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience managing or mentoring team members.
