Overview

As a Junior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for processing payments, maintaining financial records, and ensuring data accuracy while collaborating with internal teams.

In Short

• Process payment-related Jira tickets
• Verify amounts, statuses, deadlines, and initiators
• Maintain and update financial tables (Google Sheets / Excel)
• Reconcile data between Jira, spreadsheets, and internal financial records
• Prepare simple financial summaries and payment status reports
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
• Communicate with internal teams regarding payments

Requirements

• Basic experience working with Excel or Google Sheets
• Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
• Work confidently with numbers and financial information
• Experience with Jira or other ticketing systems
• Follow established processes and instructions
