Product Designer II - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Product Designer to support our Partnerships and Billing Internal Tools teams. You’ll create interactive demos, presentations and marketing collateral to showcase Grow’s value to potential partners, design product solutions for high-value partners, and play a key role in defining and designing the tools our internal teams use to efficiently review and submit insurance claims.

In Short

• Support Strategic Partnerships to secure net-new partners and ensure a cohesive user experience once partnership deals are secured.
• Complete design requests for high-value partners with the Partnership tech team
• Product design & Research for the Billing/Claims Engine teams.
• Collaborate with the Group Design Lead to conduct UXR on longer-term product initiatives
• Contribute to the cohesion and quality of the design team at Grow Therapy

Requirements

• You get excited by making things more efficient and creating scalable solutions
• You enjoy the partnerships process: supporting teams in their quest to secure large and valuable partners
• You are an excellent prototyper and visual designer who enjoys creating interactive demos, compelling slide decks and visual presentations
• You are passionate about creating tools that make other’s jobs easier
• You are able to distill complex processes into simple and elegant design solutions and infographics
• Optional: you have experience working in healthcare tech
