In Short

• Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from scoping to execution, ensuring alignment, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
• Identify and solve strategic or operational problems that don’t clearly fall within a single team’s remit, often in ambiguous or fast-changing areas.
• Design and implement scalable systems, workflows, or processes that improve efficiency, quality, or decision-making across the business.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions (e.g., Operations, Data, Strategic Partnerships, Payor Success, etc.) to understand needs, drive alignment, and support execution.

Requirements

• A Problem Solver: You have 4+ years of experience in management consulting and/or strategy and operations at a high-growth startup.
• A data-driven decision maker: You have expert-level Excel/Google Sheet modeling skills and strong SQL skills.

• Agile: You thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment and can pivot as new priorities emerge.
