In Short

• Build and maintain automated workflows for insurance applications and rosters.
• Design and execute complex analyses for decision making.
• Own and monitor metrics to track the health of Insurance Operations.
• Collaborate with Growth, Customer Support, and Technology teams.
• Identify problems in processes and recommend solutions.
• Utilize Excel for complex data manipulation.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL skills required.
• Experience with automation tools like HubSpot, Zapier, JavaScript, and Python is a plus.
• Work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional growth.
