• Troubleshoot and resolve issues Clients and Therapists raise via Phone.
• Identify root causes and work with Product teams to improve the platform.
• Assist and educate customers on the Grow Therapy platform.
• Ensure Clients and Therapists feel heard and supported.

Requirements

• One year of experience with insurance across multiple payers.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10/CPT codes.
• Experience with Claim MD or Availty.
• Self-motivated and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Problem-solving skills and curiosity about health tech.
• Kindness and empathy in customer interactions.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Comfortable meeting quantitative metrics.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Knowledge of US Healthcare insurance is a bonus.
