Requirements

• Master's Degree in a counseling-related field.
• Valid license as a Resident in Counseling in Virginia.
• Ability to manage a caseload of at least 12 clients.
• Warm and empathetic with strong therapeutic relationship skills.
• Equipped to provide telehealth services.
• Commitment to professional growth and learning.
• Self-starter mindset with flexibility.
• Good communication skills and emotional resilience.
• Manual dexterity for office equipment operation.
• Normal or corrected vision for clear communication.
