In Short

• Senior individual contributor role focused on financial modeling, forecasting, and business insight.
• Work across Marketing, Fulfillment, and Leadership to translate data into decisions.
• Own complex analyses and build models from scratch.
• Support Grove’s operating forecast (weekly/monthly).
• Analyze paid media performance and evaluate customer acquisition efficiency.
• Model shipping, labor, and operational costs.
• Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights.
• Operate confidently in high-visibility environments.
• Expected to operate with independence and strong judgment.
• 6-month temporary commitment with possibility of permanent role.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, or Investment Banking.
• Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Experience working cross-functionally with business teams.
• Strong communication skills to translate complexity into clarity.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments.
