Marketing Associate, CRM - Remote

In Short

• Execute the technical setup, QA, deployment, and tracking of a high volume of marketing campaigns, working directly in the ESP.
• Plan and set up email testing that yields valuable insights and optimizations.
• Prepare thoughtful creative briefs and collaborate with the Creative team to produce high-impact campaigns.
• Analyze data and evaluate the performance of campaigns on a weekly and monthly basis.

Requirements

• 2+ years in CRM, ideally with a digital-first retailer.
• Hands-on experience with one or more enterprise-grade ESPs (Braze preferred).
• Basic HTML proficiency.
• Knowledge of email best practices, including subject lines, content, segmentation, personalization, deliverability, etc.
• Understanding of A/B testing, measurement, and optimization against key metrics.
• Experience collaborating with a Creative team and briefing emails for them.
• A history of making data-driven decisions, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Looker is a plus.
