Senior Accountant (m/w/d) - Remote

Overview

We, group.one, support our customers internationally through our various brands and over 1,300 motivated employees in different areas to be successful online.

In Short

• Support in monthly and annual financial statement preparation and auditing.
• Responsible for managing the general and asset accounting.
• Accruals for invoices not yet received and other topics.
• Posting of incoming invoices with invoice verification and obtaining approvals.
• Experience with cost centers and cost units.
• Maintenance of VAT accounts and experience in preparing VAT returns.
• Account and intercompany reconciliations.
• Support in cash forecasting.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training, ideally as a tax clerk with further training as a certified balance sheet accountant.
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting.
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Good English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Very good PC skills, especially in Excel.
• Knowledge of NetSuite or Diamant is an advantage.
• Accuracy, diligence, and independent working style.
