Overview

GroundTruth is a media platform that drives in-store visits and other real business results. Using observed real-world consumer behavior, including location and purchase data, we create targeted advertising campaigns across all screens for advertisers. We then measure how consumers respond to the campaigns, including if they physically show up to a store location or website, to understand the real business results generated by a brand’s advertising.

In Short

  • Own pre and post-sale operations support for the direct sales organization
  • Utilize campaign data analytics and insights to enhance account team and client knowledge
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer relations
  • Recognize upsell opportunities and lead clients to invest
  • Support the Account Executive throughout the sales process

Requirements

  • 1 - 2 years media experience in a client facing role
  • Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of experience in a similar field
  • Proficiency in Office Suite, PowerPoint or Keynote, and Salesforce
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and can digest data to make conclusions
