Director, Finance GTM & Operations - Remote

Overview

The Finance Director – GTM and Operations Finance will serve as a strategic finance partner to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and GTM leadership team, enabling growth and supporting operations to efficiently deliver AI Inference at scale to customers.

• Partner with GTM leaders for customer acquisition and revenue acceleration.
• Provide financial insights and modeling for new markets and pricing strategies.
• Support partnership development and optimize deal structuring.
• Bridge GTM and Operations planning to minimize bottlenecks.
• Assess data center profitability and lead financial planning.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, and Investor Relations.
• Drive alignment across revenue, operations, and corporate functions.
• 10+ years of experience in Strategic Finance or Business Operations Finance.
• Strong analytical skills and financial modeling expertise.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments with strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience in high-growth tech, AI, SaaS, or hardware.
• Deep understanding of GTM finance and scaling revenue operations.
• Strong experience in operations finance, particularly in supply chain.
• Ability to partner with leaders to drive strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
