Overview

This is a growth platform for a high potential producer who understands complex risk, navigates executive conversations with confidence, and wants more than just another brokerage logo on their business card. Our Associate Sales Executive will support the growth of the agency’s specialty insurance practice focused on destination and habitation risks, including resorts, hotels, vacation rental portfolios, event venues, and related hospitality operations. Working closely with our Senior Vice President and carrier partners, this role assists with prospecting, marketing accounts to specialty markets, preparing proposals.

In Short

  • Support growth of specialty insurance practice.
  • Understand industry-specific exposures related to destination and habitation operations.
  • Assist with the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to binding coverage.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets in the commercial insurance space.
  • Develop and execute sales plans utilizing advanced prospecting strategies.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and referral networks.
  • Identify unique client needs and navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Manage an active list of high-value prospects.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance client relationships.
  • Maintain established carrier relationships.

Requirements

  • 3 years of complex commercial insurance sales experience.
  • Focus on large middle market or upper middle market.
  • Established carrier relationships.
  • Property & Casualty license required.
  • Executive presence with advanced consultative selling skills.
