GreenLite is a rapidly expanding tech startup seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to serve as a combined Executive Assistant and Office Manager, providing strategic support to executives while ensuring smooth office operations.

In Short

  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate travel for senior executives.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and vendor relationships.
  • Prepare meeting materials and handle expense reporting.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires and organizing company events.
  • Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and enforce office policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant and/or Office Manager.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Proactive and resourceful problem solver.
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and office management tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
