• Lead technical vision and strategy for cloud infrastructure.
• Drive architectural decisions balancing business needs and technical debt.
• Establish technical standards for autonomous team execution.
• Improve engineering productivity and reliability across teams.
• Define and implement SLO frameworks and reliability principles.
• Provide technical mentorship to senior engineers.
• Lead technical design reviews and architecture discussions.
• Maintain a technical roadmap with Engineering Leadership.
• Hands-on coding approximately 40% of the time.
• Work with vendors to optimize costs and bring efficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in engineering and technical roles.
• Experience in high-growth companies building SaaS products.
• Ability to provide technical insight from concept to delivery.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration.
• Strong technical skills in AWS, MySQL, Node.js, Java, or Go.
