In Short

• Own operations data and develop key dashboards and KPIs.
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to standardize operating metrics.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Deliver actionable insights from data analysis to stakeholders.
• Utilize SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Apply data visualization skills using Tableau.
• Communicate strategic insights effectively.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Manage projects with a process-oriented mindset.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of analytical experience with large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with SQL.
• 2+ years of Tableau Desktop experience.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven track record of data-driven business decisions.
• Experience in financial services is a plus.
• Ability to drive change through scalable processes.
