Senior Account Executive, Canada Research - Remote

Overview

The Senior Account Executive will be part of Green Street’s Sales team, working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to sell research products and services to various prospects.

In Short

• Develop and execute a detailed sales plan and achieve or exceed sales quota
• Generate new revenue by selling industry-leading products
• Engage clients proactively on a daily basis
• Articulate the value of products through cold calling and presentations
• Manage a sales pipeline and forecast
• Work with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Turn client feedback into actionable strategies
• Collaborate with colleagues across functions

Requirements

• 2+ years of successful sales experience in relevant industries
• Business-to-business environments preferred
• Track record of achieving sales quotas
• Strong understanding of financial concepts
• Commercial Real Estate experience helpful
• Authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship
